Booking policy

A deposit/down payment of 25 % of the stay (booking before December 1st, 2024) or 50 % of the stay (booking from December 1st, 2024) is required to validate your reservation. The balance of the stay must be settled upon arrival.

Payment accepted by: CB Visa, CB Mastercard, American Express, cash, bank transfer.

Check-in 04:00 pm to 08:00 / Check-out 11:00 am

Late check-in is not permitted.

Some precisions...

Rate per night - Occupation 1 or 2 people. Breakfast and taxes included.

The rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
No extra beds can be added. For the secutity reasons, we are sorry but we can not greet/welcome children.

The house is completely non-smoking. We regret not being able to accept pets.

Room cleaning is done until 1 p.m., the room must be free to access.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation without charge until 14 days before the arrival date and 30 days for stays in July (Avignon Theatre Festival).

You will be refunded with the payment method used when booking.

The amount paid on booking is in no way refundable less than 14 days from arrival date. For a stay in July, the amount paid is not refundable within 30 days of the arrival date.

To avoid any inconvenience concerning a possible cancellation, we suggest you to take out cancellation insurance with your insurance company or Mondial Assistance.

Any shortened stay will be payable in its entirety and no refund even partial can be claimed by the customer.
